Our modern quality control section, control all produce situations and maintaining of characteristic of products, effectively, through, a experienced and professional team.

The characteristics of products includes: usage materials, tolerance pipe dimensions on standard indicators.

The Quality Control section does all of international tests on polyethylene as bellow:

1. Measuring of dimensions (ISO11922)

The laboratory measures: outside diameter, Ovality, thickness of curtain and continuous monitoring of physical surfaces of pipe during production.

2. Hydrostatic pressure test(EN921)

This test is done in order to monitor reaction of pipes against stable hydrostatic pressures in a stable temperature. Every inflection indicates deficiency in pipes like: disruption, and any leakage.

3. Burst test (ASTM D 1599)

In the test high pressure implement on the pipes, so that in 60 to 70 seconds will be burst. The type of disruption shows indicators like: quality of row materials, proper extruder temperatures and proper cooling of pipes after production, Best type of disruption in the test is timidity and distortion in canary beak.

4. Cooling test(ISO 2505)

In the test, a sample the pipes in particular length is heated in a period of time in a standard way. Difference between length before and after heating are calculated as percentage of variation of length based on primary length. The maximum variation is up to 3%.

5. O.I.T test(EN-728)

In the test resistance of row/ primary materials against demolition because of oxidation with O2 is measured. The oxidation process should take more than 20 minutes time.

6. Density determination(ISO 1183)

In the test density of row materials and products are measured through immersion of sample in alcohol and then weighting with a balance with 0.0001  accuracy.

 

7. Elasticity test (ISO 11420)

The test is done with tensile machine. And in the test determining of stability and elasticity of pipes against external pressure and measuring of abandon stress as one of important parameters for control of mechanical characteristic of polyethylene pipes is done.

8. Melt Flow Indicator(ISO 1133)

One of the most important tests in study of materials in extruder is MFL test. Rate of flow melt of row materials or produced pipe(MFL) indicates amount of transition of melt material based on standard force, temperature in a specific period of time and specific point. The differences between MFLs in row materials and products shouldn’t be more than 20%

9. Carbon black qualification (ASTM-D-1603)

Measuring level of carbon is another important test in polyethylene pipes. Deficiency or high level of carbon can damage productions. The test is done in an electrical furnace through پیرولیز  with Nitrogen gas in two phases, then percentage of carbon and ashes are calculated fter weighting. Acceptable percentages of the carbon must be 2-2.5% weight of the pipes. Deficiency of carbon decreases resistance of pipes against ultra Violet rays and high level of carbon increase vulnerability of pipes against stress and internal pressure.

10. Carbon black distribution measurement (BS-2782-8)

The test aims at study of pattern of carbon in pipes or row materials with microscope and special software. Lack of equitable distribution of carbon in pipes decreases resistance of the pipes against internal pressure.

11. Resistance against growth of crack because of environmental factors(ISO 8776)

In the test resistance of irrigation pipes in case of cracking and its growth because of environmental factors stress are calculated.
